UptoLog Satellite
To use UptoLog, UptoLog Satellite must be integrated into the application.
UptoLog Satellite contains the logging functions that make it possible to log
errors, generate
traces and make
time measurement.
UptoLog Satellite automatically sends the logs to
UptoLog Log Server.

Configure UptoLog Satellite
It is possible to configure which types of logging you want to use in an application. Logging of errors,
traces and time measurement can be configured independently of one another. The application code does
not have to be altered if you want to stop logging errors, generating traces or time measurement.
In the same way it is possible to configure whether all
levels of errors
(fatal error, error, warning) should be logged or not.
Performance
UptoLog Satellite optimizes performance by sending the logs to
UptoLog Log Server
in the most appropriate way, with reference to time and data size. For instance the trace information
of UptoLog Satellite is gathered in log data packages and is sent asynchronous to the
UptoLog Log Server at suitable intervals.
